• Conducting routine audits and inspections to ensure compliance with BRC and customer standards.
• Monitoring production processes and verifying CCPs.
• Supporting the technical team with investigations and corrective actions.
• Maintaining accurate documentation and assisting with internal and external audits.

What you'll need to succeed

• Previous experience in a QA or technical role within food manufacturing (bakery experience desirable but not essential).
• Knowledge of food safety standards, HACCP, and BRC requirements.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to influence and challenge where necessary.
• Flexibility to work shifts if required.
