Your new role

You will be responsible for Product Compliance and Quality, including Quality Assurance (collaborating with Suppliers to ensure pre-shipment quality), Quality Control (ownership of quality related issues and implementing corrective action plans), and Regulatory Compliance in various sales territories. You will also be a point of escalation for Customer Service and Warranty Support, and play a key part in New Product Development supporting Product and Design teams as they bring new and improved products to market.

What you'll need to succeed

Formal Qualifications in Quality Management are useful but NOT essential, most important is a demonstrable track record of successes within a similar role, and your CV will contain relevant achievements. You will have experience working within a manufacturing business (consumer products is an advantage), supporting overall business objectives by driving improvements in Quality and Compliance. You will enjoy solving problems, and be process focused, able to use metrics to understand performance across relevant business functions, and pro-actively drive changes that will enable continuous improvement of those metrics.
