Purchasing Manager

Your new role
You’ll lead the procurement function with a focus on driving revenue through smart product selection and supplier partnerships. You’ll develop seasonal strategies, manage inventory levels, and ensure stock availability aligns with demand. Using data to track performance, you’ll generate insights that support decision-making and process optimisation. Collaboration is key—you’ll work closely with internal teams to improve procurement workflows and contribute to a positive, energetic team culture.

What you'll need to succeed
  • Proven experience in procurement and inventory management
  • Strong analytical skills and confidence working with data and reporting tools
  • Commercial awareness and understanding of margin control
  • Excellent negotiation and supplier management skills
  • Experience with inventory forecasting and planning
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (Microsoft BC experience is a plus)
  • A mindset focused on continuous improvement and lean thinking
  • Ability to plan stock flow to avoid under/over stocking and support cash control
  • A collaborative, energetic approach to team dynamics
