Hays are working exclusively with a superb organisation who are looking for a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their Finance team in Shrewsbury.


Your new role

You will be taking responsibility for the purchase ledger function and duties will include:

  • Processing invoices
  • Reconciling statements
  • Resolving supplier queries
  • Payments runs
  • Analysis
  • Ad-hoc accounting tasks as required

What you'll need to succeed

You should be an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk who has excellent accuracy and attention to detail, who is methodical and organised and a good communicator.


What you'll get in return

This is a great opportunity to work within a lovely team and business who can offer full-time hours (9am - 5pm Monday - Friday) or will consider part time hours (c 3.5 - 4 days per week/ school hours).
