A well‑established business in Central Bristol is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Clerk to support their finance team during a busy period. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, takes pride in accuracy, and can hit the ground running.
Key Responsibilities
  • Processing high‑volume purchase invoices with accuracy
  • Matching, batching and coding invoices
  • Supplier statement reconciliations
  • Managing the AP inbox and resolving queries promptly
  • Supporting month‑end tasks as required
What you'll need to succeed
  • Previous AP experience in a similar role
  • Strong attention to detail and confidence working with numbers
  • Good Excel skills and experience with finance systems
  • A proactive, organised approach and ability to work to deadlines
