A group of Pupil Referral Units North Birmingham is looking for a Careers Lead to support their Secondary School children.
The cover is Monday to Friday, term time only, 8am - 4.00 pm. This is a long-term sickness cover to start as soon as possible.

Your new role
The role will entail supporting post 16 students with:
- Designing and delivering a high-impact careers strategy
- Build strong partnerships with employers, colleges, universities, and training providers
- Organise engaging events like careers fairs, workplace visits, and guest speaker sessions
- Provide tailored guidance to students on post-16 and post-18 options, including apprenticeships, FE, HE, and employment
- Supporting students fill applications and enquire about opportunities
- Track and evaluate the effectiveness of careers provision
What you'll need to succeed
You will have experience in careers education, guidance, or a related field with excellent communication and networking skills. You will have a proactive, student-centred approach with strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
