This is a brilliant opportunity for an early-career Communications candidate to join this UK-wide charity to support public affairs activities on a temporary basis for an initial three months.
Your new role
Reporting to the Head of External Affairs, you will coordinate participation in local organisation networks, contributing to policy and advocacy activities. You will provide briefings at all levels. Taking the lead on arranging meetings, events and visits in various locations, including the Senedd, at local organisations, online and in community locations. You will act as the point of contact for logistics around meetings and events, as well as managing the events on the day.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have prior experience of working in a similar role, bringing lots of enthusiasm and a proactive nature. Please note that you will need to be available to start this role at short notice.
What you'll get in return
£13.90 per hour. Full-time, 35-hour week. Three-month initial contract.
Flexible / hybrid working options available, with regular attendance in the Cardiff office.
