We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Psychology Teacher to join a forward-thinking secondary school and sixth form in the West Bromwich area. This is an exciting opportunity to inspire and engage students in a subject that shapes their understanding of human behaviour, thought, and emotion.
Key Responsibilities
•Deliver high-quality teaching across KS4 and KS5 Psychology.
•Plan and deliver engaging lessons that foster curiosity, critical thinking, and academic achievement.
•Assess, track, and report on student progress in line with school policies.
•Collaborate with colleagues to develop innovative teaching strategies and share best practice.
Person Specification
•A degree in Psychology (or a closely related subject).
•Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
•Strong subject knowledge and a passion for inspiring young people.
•Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of students. Successful candidates will be subject to an enhanced DBS check.
