Your new role
A Strategy Manager is required to support the strategic development and performance of UK Personal Investing offers, specifically focusing on retirement and investment propositions. The Strategy Manager bridges strategic analysis with offer execution, contributing directly to the roadmap and performance outcomes.
The Strategy Manager will manage a small team of Strategy Analysts and partners across the business to deliver actionable insights, shape offer strategy and drive feature development. Working closely with the Head of Offer Strategy to align tactical execution with the strategic vision.Key responsibilities:
- Lead strategic analysis and insight generation to inform offer strategy and feature design.
- Translate market trends and customer needs into offer enhancements.
- Collaborate with CX, Ops, Tech, Marketing, Finance, and Legal to shape and deliver offer initiatives.
- Support roadmap development and execution for retirement and investment offers.
- Develop and coach strategy analysts, fostering a culture of curiosity, rigour, and growth.
- Present strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders and influence decision-making.
- Monitor offer performance and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
- Proven experience in proposition strategy development and analysis
- Strong analytical skills and ability to synthesise complex data into clear insights.
- Leadership skills are a nice to have
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Understanding of retirement, savings and investment markets – specifically pensions, retirement strategy etc.
- Degree-level education; postgraduate qualification desirable.
What you'll get in return
Salary: £100,000–120,000
30% bonus + £13,000 partnership bonus
