What you'll need to succeed
A recognised professional legal qualification (SRA or equivalent) with at least 2 years' PQE.
Experience in managing residential property matters, including transactional work and drafting leases.
Excellent communication skills and IT literacy.
Ability to take ownership of workload and thrive in a small in-house team.

Your new role
This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of a varied caseload of residential property matters, including right to buy, right to acquire, staircasing, shared ownership, and leasehold issues. Alongside this, you’ll maintain awareness of the commercial property portfolio to offer support where required, and keep up to date with legislation, regulatory changes, and internal policies. You will work closely with external legal providers, ensuring services are effective and compliant. You’ll also provide clear and accurate advice to colleagues across the organisation, identify risks, deliver training, and ensure compliance across the legal function.
