Your new role
As a Property Lawyer, you’ll manage your own caseload and provide expert legal advice and support on a wide range of property-related matters. Your responsibilities will include:
- Handling residential acquisitions, lease renewals, and title queries
- Advising on statutory residential property matters, including Council charges
- Managing Land Registry applications and related documentation
- Supporting commercial and residential property transactions
- Advising on local government law in relation to property development
- Drafting complex legal documents and liaising with internal and external stakeholders
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you’ll need:
- To be a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with a current practising certificate
- Strong experience in property law
- A solid understanding of commercial and residential property transactions
- Experience advising on local authority property matters is highly desirable
- Excellent communication, drafting, and negotiation skills
- The ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
