Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the site's responsible person for health and safety, completing and maintaining risk assessments and ensuring a safe environment for staff, residents and visitors.
  • Monitor compliance with regulatory, contractual and internal standards across all hubs.
  • Drive continuous improvement through KPIs, audits and service improvement planning.
  • Build strong relationships with partners, commissioners and local stakeholders.
  • Oversee accurate documentation, e‑records and data reporting in line with policies and GDPR.
  • Champion and ensure service users have a voice in shaping support delivery.
  • Participate in the on‑call rota to support services out of hours.

  • The ability to travel between sites within Cheshire East
  • An Enhanced DBS with Adults Barred List (or willingness to complete one)

What you'll get in return

  • A competitive salary

  • Ongoing training and professional development

  • 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays (increasing every year of service up to 30 days)

  • Healthcare support and pension scheme

  • A supportive and values-driven culture, playing a meaningful role in improving lives and supporting those with multiple disadvantages
