Your new role
Your new role will involve supporting a mixed caseload of commercial property and residential conveyancing matters, handling a variety of day‑to‑day tasks to keep files progressing smoothly. You’ll work closely with fee‑earners, assist with document preparation, and help manage transactions from instruction through to completion.
What you'll need to succeed
You’ll need 6–12 months’ experience in either residential conveyancing or commercial property, along with strong organisational skills to manage a busy workload. A proactive approach, good attention to detail, and confidence working with documents and transactions will help you succeed in this role.
