Your new role

The primary responsibility of this role is to oversee the effective management and performance of our residential property portfolio. You will act as the main point of contact for landlords and tenants, ensuring properties are well‑maintained, compliant, and operating efficiently. Your role involves coordinating maintenance, carrying out inspections, managing tenancy issues, handling renewals, and delivering an excellent customer experience while protecting and enhancing the value of the assets under management.

  • Manage day‑to‑day property issues, ensuring swift and effective resolution for tenants and landlords
  • Oversee statutory compliance, ensuring all safety certificates, inspections, and regulatory requirements are up to date
  • Maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors, providing regular updates and excellent service.
  • Maintain accurate and compliant property files, both electronically and physically
  • Manage property listings and ensure accurate, up‑to‑date information across platforms
  • Support the wider department with general administrative tasks including calls, emails, and correspondence
  • Foster a positive and collaborative working environment across the business
  • Conduct all work in alignment with our Vision and Mission
  • Coordinate and schedule property inspections, contractor visits, and maintenance appointments


What you'll need to succeed

  • At least one year’s experience in property management, block management, or a similar property‑focused role
  • Strong organisational and time‑management skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively
  • Excellent attention to detail for accurate documentation and compliance management
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional, approachable manner
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to work independently as well as within a team environment
  • A proactive and adaptable mindset capable of handling multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a car
