Property Manager, Central London Prime Residential Portfolio, 3-Month Interim role, Negotiable Day Rate

We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to join our dynamic residential lettings team. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to delivering exceptional service.

Your new role

  • Manage a portfolio of residential properties, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations and compliance with current letting legislation.
  • Act as the main point of contact for landlords, tenants, and internal teams throughout active tenancies.
  • Oversee tenancy renewals, legal notices, and deposit negotiations in line with statutory requirements.
  • Conduct property visits and prepare detailed reports, addressing any issues promptly.
  • Coordinate safety checks, inventories, and insurance claims, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up to date.
  • Maintain CRM systems and paperless filing, ensuring data integrity and compliance.
  • Provide outstanding customer service and support colleagues when required.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Previous experience in property management or a similar role.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Professional, customer-focused approach with attention to detail.
  • Competent in IT systems; knowledge of Aspasia is an advantage.
  • Full, valid driving licence required.
