A well-established and forward-thinking law firm is seeking a talented Property Litigation Lawyer to join its dynamic dispute resolution team. This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor with at least three years of post-qualification experience to take on a varied and stimulating caseload, working with a broad range of clients including commercial landlords, developers, and private individuals.

Your new role

• Commercial and residential landlord and tenant matters
• Lease renewals and forfeiture
• Dilapidations and service charge disputes
• Trespass and nuisance claims
• Boundary and rights of way issues

What you'll need to succeed

• Qualified as a Solicitor in England and Wales with 3+ PQE in property litigation (guidelines only).
• Strong technical knowledge and commercial awareness
• Excellent communication and client-handling skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• A proactive and solution-focused approach
