Your new role

This property litigation solicitor role will see you handle a broad range of real estate litigation matters. These will include leasehold disputes, boundary disputes and adverse possession matters. In addition, you will advise on section 20 processes and handle s25 and s26 notices as well as dilapidations claims. The client list is very good and includes clients working across numerous sectors.

What you'll need to succeed

You should be a well rounded property litigation lawyer with circa 2-3 years' pqe. With a client orientated approach, you should be able to provide commercial and pragmatic advice for clients.
