Property compliance lawyer sought by well regarded Cheshire law firm.

Your new company

This Cheshire law firm has an excellent reputation and continues to do well.

Your new role

This compliance role is for a property lawyer to provide specialist compliance expertise to the business in relation to the firm's commercial property and residential conveyancing teams. You will ensure that the AML regulations are adhered to and that all files are run in a compliant manner. In addition, you will work to identify, manage and reduce risk across the department.

What you'll need to succeed

You should be a commercial property or residential conveyancing solicitor who is looking to move away from a fee earning role and into a compliance focused role. With a good eye for detail, you will be a capable individual who is able to project manage a number of matters.

What you'll get in return

This is a rare opening for a property lawyer to move into a compliance role. You can look forward to working within a successful business that is keen to invest in this role and your career. The salary on offer is very competitive and is negotiable depending on your experience.
