Act as the primary point of contact with property agencies for maintenance works, maintaining documentation.

Your new role
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of 100 properties.
- Be the first point of contact for property agencies regarding maintenance, rent queries, check ins/check outs, and more.
- Ensure timely collection of rental income and follow up on outstanding payments.
- Maintain a detailed and up to date property database including deposits, rent reviews, insurance, and tenancy details.
- Address tenant concerns and ensure properties are well-maintained.
- Manage renewals, end of tenancy processes, and ensure rental rates are competitive.
- Match monthly tenancy statements with bank records.
- Coordinate with relevant parties for timely renewals.
- Prepare profit & loss reports for tax and self assessment purposes.
- Assist with technical and administrative tasks as needed
What you'll need to succeed
- Proven experience in property management or a similar administrative role.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Commercially minded with a proactive approach.
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
- Comfortable working with databases and financial statements.
- Knowledge of Xero is desirable
