Your new role

The Promotional Compliance Manager ensures that commercial operations, including, marketing, sales and promotional activities adhere to applicable laws, regulations and internal policies. The role is critical in maintaining ethical standards, mitigating risk and safeguarding the company's reputation in the pharmaceutical industry.

The role combines both hands-on execution (reviewing and approving promotional materials, medical affairs non-promotional materials, communications and partner activities) and a strategic perspective (building knowledge and recommending best practice).
The role is part of the Commercial Compliance function and works closely with internal stakeholders across Business Development, Legal, Medical Science Liaisons (MSLs) and Commercial Account Managers (CAMs).

What you'll need to succeed

- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences.

- 3+ years of experience in promotional compliance or medical communications in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong understanding of European and local compliance regulations, guidelines and Industry Codes of Practice.
- Ability to review, edit, and approve literature and partner activities.
