Quantity Surveyor – Early to Mid-Level Career Opportunity

Your new role

You’ll support senior surveyors in delivering cost planning, tendering, and contract administration across a range of projects. You’ll prepare financial reports, assist with valuations, and liaise with clients and contractors to ensure smooth project delivery.

What you'll need to succeed
  • MRICS desirable but not essential
  • 2+ years’ experience in quantity surveying
  • Strong communication and multitasking skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CostX experience preferred
  • Familiarity with JCT contracts; NEC exposure beneficial
  • Full, clean driving licence
