Overview:
Hays is working in partnership with a local authority to recruit an experienced Project Support Officer to join their Equal Pay team on an interim basis. This is a high-impact project requiring a proactive and organised individual who can confidently manage workshops and support project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the delivery of the Equal Pay project by tracking progress and maintaining project documentation.
  • Plan and facilitate multiple workshops, working closely with stakeholders across the organisation.
  • Coordinate project activities and ensure alignment with timelines and objectives.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships and communications effectively.
  • Work in an agile and flexible manner, adapting to changing priorities.
Essential Skills:
  • Proven experience in project support within complex environments.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Highly organised with the ability to plan and manage your own workload.
  • Comfortable working on-site for workshops and collaborative sessions.
  • Familiarity with public sector or HR-related projects is advantageous.
