Your new role

As a Project Support Administrator, you will provide general administrative support as well as support to the technical teams within the organisation. You will be responsible for responding to telephone calls, welcoming visitors, managing documentation for projects and working documents, booking meetings, and taking minutes. The technical administrative support will involve applying the principles of quality of assurance and environmental management (e.g., ISO9001/14001), maintaining an accurate library of working documents, monitoring key databases, and supporting surveyors and project management teams as required.

What you'll need to succeed

Essential:

  • Minimum 3 years' administration experience
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Computer literacy
  • Ability to manage workload effectively
Preferred:
  • Experience within the construction industry
  • Experience with Microsoft Projects
