Project Manager Berkshire

Position: Project Manager
Salary: £60,000–£75,000 + Benefits
Location: Berkshire & Oxford

We are currently working with a well-established contractor on an exciting opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to lead high-value refurbishment and new build projects across the commercial, healthcare, and life sciences sectors.
Projects typically range from £2 million to £5 million, and the successful candidate will be responsible for delivering schemes from inception through to completion, ensuring quality, safety, and commercial performance.

About the Role:
This is a key position within a growing regional team, offering the chance to work in technically complex environments and contribute to the delivery of turnkey solutions for high-profile clients. You’ll be supported by a multidisciplinary team and work closely with senior leadership to drive project success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the full lifecycle of refurbishment and new build projects
  • Manage design coordination, site delivery, and client relationships
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to specification
  • Take ownership of commercial performance and reporting
  • Support business development through client engagement and networking
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to team development

Ideal Candidate
  • Proven experience delivering construction projects in commercial contracting
  • Strong understanding of sectors such as healthcare, life sciences, and industrial property
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Commercially astute with experience managing budgets and contracts
  • Comfortable working on both small and large-scale projects
