Project Manager, near Nottingham, £70-£80K + Package. New build and affordable housing.

Our client is a leading residential developer with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality new build and affordable housing developments across the region. Due to continued growth and an expanding project pipeline, they are looking to appoint an experienced Project Manager to oversee the successful delivery of residential developments located within 30 minutes of the Nottingham area. Your new role
As Project Manager, you will take overall responsibility for the delivery of new build and affordable housing projects from inception through to completion. Reporting to senior leadership, you will oversee all operational aspects of the project, ensuring programmes, budgets, quality standards, and health and safety requirements are achieved.
You will provide leadership and direction to Site Managers and wider project teams while maintaining strong relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders.
Key responsibilities will include:
•Overall project planning and delivery
•Managing and supporting Site Managers and site teams
•Programme and budget management
•Stakeholder and client relationship management
•Monitoring quality, health & safety, and compliance standards
•Risk management and problem-solving
•Reporting project performance to senior management
•Ensuring developments are delivered on time and within budget
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will have a proven track record of managing residential construction projects and a strong understanding of affordable housing delivery. Experience delivering traditional build and/or timber frame housing developments is highly desirable.
You will also possess:
•SMSTS
•First Aid at Work
•CSCS Card
•NVQ Level 6 in Construction Management (or equivalent)
