Your new company

You will be working with a leading organisation that is based in South Wales.

Your new role

We’re looking for a Project Manager to lead a high-profile Data Loss Prevention (DLP) programme, focused on driving real business change rather than purely technical delivery.

This role centres on using Microsoft Purview to implement document and email classification, alongside tighter controls on mobile apps and end-user devices. The key challenge will be shaping the change approach—using insights from Purview to influence behaviour, drive adoption, and embed new ways of working across the organisation.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of the DLP programme, from planning through to rollout

  • Use data and insights from Purview to shape a targeted change and comms strategy

  • Identify stakeholder impacts and drive engagement at all levels, including senior leadership

  • Roll out classification, labelling, and DLP policies across M365 (email first, then mobile/endpoints)

  • Partner closely with comms teams to deliver clear, effective messaging

  • Ensure smooth adoption of new controls on data usage, email, and mobile applications

  • Maintain strong governance and alignment with data protection standards

What you'll need to succeed

  • Proven Project Manager with experience in business change-focused delivery

  • Background in data, security, compliance, or similar transformation programmes

  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence and gain buy-in

  • Experience rolling out changes around data classification, retention, or usage controls

  • Solid understanding of M365 environments

  • Comfortable translating technical concepts into clear business impact messaging
