Hays are supporting a leading Law Firm with a strong reputation for innovation, collaboration and client service in their search for a Project Manager to join their Business Change team. The organisation is continuing to invest in business transformation, technology and operational improvement initiatives to enhance both employee and client experience. This role offers flexible hybrid working from Bristol / South West.
Your new role
As a Project Manager, you will lead a portfolio of strategic business change and technology projects, ensuring successful delivery against scope, budget, timeline and quality objectives. Working closely with stakeholders across the business, you will manage project plans, risks, resources and governance, while driving engagement and change adoption throughout the project life cycle. You'll collaborate with senior leaders, operational teams and technology functions to deliver initiatives that improve processes, enhance efficiencies and support the organisation's long-term strategic goals.
What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for this role, you'll need proven experience delivering complex business change, technology or transformation projects within a medium to large organisation. You'll have strong project management skills, with experience working across Agile, Waterfall or hybrid delivery methodologies, alongside the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously. You will be an excellent communicator, capable of building relationships with stakeholders at all levels, and will have experience managing project governance, risks, budgets, change adoption and business readiness activities. Experience within a legal or professional services environment would be advantageous, as would formal project management or change management qualifications.

You'll receive a competitive day rate up to £550 outside IR35.
The contract length is 6 months with the possibility of extension.
