Lead a Major CRM Transformation Programme
We are seeking an experienced Systems Transformation Project Manager to lead the end-to-end implementation of a new Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Case Management System across our organisation.
This is a pivotal role responsible for managing the migration from legacy systems, overseeing implementation partners, and ensuring the successful adoption of a modern platform that enhances customer management, operational delivery and organisational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the full lifecycle delivery of a CRM and Case Management System implementation.
- Manage the project from requirements gathering through to configuration, testing, data migration, training and go-live.
- Work closely with stakeholders to redesign and improve business processes.
- Coordinate and manage third-party suppliers and implementation partners.
- Drive user adoption and lead organisational change management activities.
- Establish effective governance, reporting, risk management and project controls.
- Identify opportunities for automation and the use of emerging technologies to improve efficiency.
- Ensure solutions align with operational, regulatory and data governance requirements.

About You
We are looking for a highly organised and delivery-focused Project Manager with a proven track record of successfully delivering technology and business transformation projects.
Essential Requirements
- Project Management qualification (PRINCE2, PMP, Agile or equivalent).
- Minimum of 3 years' experience managing systems transformation projects from inception through to implementation and embedding.
- Strong background delivering CRM, CMS, ERP or enterprise systems implementations.
- Experience leading business change and transformation programmes involving multiple stakeholders.
- Proven ability to manage third-party technology suppliers and implementation partners.
- Experience managing multiple workstreams and competing priorities.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills.

Desirable
- Experience delivering CRM or customer management platform implementations.
- Knowledge of process automation, workflow tools and AI-enabled solutions.
