The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join a high-profile transformation programme supporting the delivery of critical business and technology initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a complex, fast-paced environment, leading project delivery, managing stakeholders and driving successful outcomes across multiple workstreams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of projects from initiation through to completion.
- Define project plans, milestones, dependencies and delivery timelines.
- Manage risks, issues and actions, ensuring effective mitigation plans are in place.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.
- Engage and influence a wide range of stakeholders, including senior leadership.
- Produce regular project updates, reports and governance materials.
- Track project progress, budgets and deliverables against agreed objectives.
- Facilitate workshops, meetings and steering committees where required.
- Drive continuous improvement and ensure projects are delivered to a high standards.
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience delivering complex projects in a corporate environment.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience managing multiple workstreams and competing priorities.
- Ability to identify, manage and escalate risks and issues effectively.
- Highly organised with excellent planning and delivery capabilities.
- Experience working with business and technology teams.
- Strong reporting, governance and project tracking experience.
