Project Manager, North Belfast, £40-£55 p/a, Full-time on-site
We are working with an advisory practice to recruit a project manager. This organisation partners with clients facing business issues, offering solutions centred around long-term direction setting, organisational change, and improving overall effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities
The role will be part of the projects team, and you will be responsible for:
- Leading early project phases, defining scope, objectives, risks, and delivery approach while producing clear discovery documentation
- Collaborating with stakeholders to align on requirements, expectations, and desired outcomes
- Planning and managing delivery through timelines, milestones, resources, and risk tracking, ensuring smooth transition into agile execution
- Acting as Scrum Master, facilitating agile ceremonies and supporting teams in applying best practices across the delivery lifecycle
- Working closely with Product Owners and teams to prioritise backlogs, remove blockers, and drive continuous improvement and self-organisation
- Building strong relationships and foster a collaborative, transparent culture while clearly communicating progress, risks, and opportunities for improvement
To be successful in this role, you will be expected to possess the following skills/experience:
- Proven experience in project management roles ideally within a consultancy-based organisation
- Strong background in project delivery or facilitation roles, with the ability to guide teams through end-to-end delivery phases
- Strong communication skills
- Experience with discovery, shaping, or initial planning activities
- Highly organised, able to manage competing priorities while maintaining a collaborative, team-focused approach
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and frameworks, with relevant certifications or experience across multidisciplinary teams being advantageous
This role will require you to work full-time in the office 5 days a week,
