Senior Project Manager (Digital Transformation Focus)
Location: Northern Ireland
Contract: 6 months (with potential extension)
Start Date: February 2026
About the Role:
We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead digital transformation initiatives, including IT, data, and business change projects. This role is ideal for candidates with strategic experience in delivering complex digital programs for large organisations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive delivery of digital transformation projects across IT and data streams.
- Develop and maintain project plans, ensuring milestones are achieved.
- Manage budgets, risks, and interdependencies across a portfolio of projects.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders and delivery partners.
- Ensure compliance with governance frameworks and PMO standards.
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 10 years’ experience delivering digital transformation or business change projects.
- Expertise in PRINCE2 and experience with Agile, SCRUM, and Waterfall methodologies.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Experience managing complex, multidisciplinary teams and large budgets.
- Utilities sector experience is advantageous but not essential.
