Contact Centre Project Manager
Your new company
A leading organisation based in Hertfordshire is seeking an experienced Project Manager to deliver critical projects within their Contact Centre portfolio.
Your new role
You will manage the end-to-end delivery of Contact Centre projects, including telephony and CRM integrations. This role involves planning, coordinating testing (SIT/UAT), managing deployments, and ensuring smooth transition into BAU. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders and technical teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
What you'll need to succeed
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in Contact Centre environments.
- Strong understanding of telephony processes and business lifecycle.
- Experience implementing solutions integrated with Salesforce (Freshdesk, Amazon Connect also desirable).
- Expertise in inbound/outbound call handling and CRM integration.
- Background in delivering IT business system projects (CRM or ERP).
- Skilled in stakeholder management and communication at all levels.
What you'll get in return
- Day rate: £550 per day (via umbrella)
- Contract: 6 months
- Location: Hybrid working in Hertfordshire
