Your new role

As Project Manager, you will take end‑to‑end responsibility for delivering a diverse portfolio of projects and workstreams. You’ll work closely with project sponsors, guide cross‑functional teams, and ensure all deliverables meet scope, budget and quality expectations.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Managing timelines, financials and resources across multiple projects
  • Creating business cases, defining objectives and producing high‑quality documentation
  • Developing and maintaining detailed project and implementation plans
  • Managing third‑party suppliers and coordinating technical integrations
  • Providing clear reporting on milestones, risks, issues and dependencies
  • Ensuring adherence to governance frameworks (Agile or Waterfall)
  • Supporting, mentoring and guiding team members and business stakeholders
  • Identifying interdependencies across technology, operations and business functions

What you'll need to succeed

You will have:
  • 5+ years’ proven experience delivering projects, ideally within Financial Services
  • Strong experience working with technical teams and multiple third‑party vendors
  • A track record of influencing, engaging and presenting to senior leadership
  • Strong governance, risk management and stakeholder management capability
  • Experience developing business cases and formal documentation
  • Excellent communication, problem‑solving and leadership skills
  • The ability to manage competing priorities in a fast‑moving change environment
  • A recognised project management qualification (PRINCE2, PMP, Scrum Master or similar)
  • Proficiency in MS Office 365, Microsoft Project and Azure DevOps

What you'll get in return

  • A high‑impact role within a growing and well‑structured Change function
  • Exposure to strategic projects and senior stakeholders
  • A supportive, people‑focused culture with strong organisational values
  • Competitive salary, benefits and genuine opportunities for career progression
