Your new company
Hays are working with a leading financial services organisation to appoint an experienced Project Manager to an initial contract until the end of the year. Working on a TOM implementation across their risk and resilience function, if you're an experienced delivery professional with a strong background in operational resilience, target operating models and third-party risk management/assurance, then we want to hear from you.

Your new role and what you'll need to succeed
You will bring experience leading complex, high‑risk programmes spanning multiple workstreams, driving delivery across senior internal and external stakeholders (up to C-Suite) while maintaining strong governance, financial oversight and risk management.
You will have led Operational Resilience initiatives, delivering business service mapping, scenario testing, vulnerability remediation and alignment with regulatory impact tolerance requirements.
You bring experience in defining and implementing Target Operating Models across people, process, governance and technology, ensuring third‑party dependencies are integrated into resilience and service continuity frameworks.
Experience in Third‑Party Risk & Assurance (TPRAS) frameworks (including due diligence, monitoring, control testing, tooling oversight, remediation and exit processes) will be highly regarded.
You will embed sustainable BAU ownership, producing high‑quality documentation and steering materials, influencing senior stakeholders, and ensuring successful delivery against project objectives, risks and milestones.
