Project Manager – Residential Development
Location: East Midlands (NG24)
Day Rate: £375 – £425 per day

Hays is delighted to be supporting a client in the search for an experienced Project Manager to join their team on a fast-paced residential development project based in the East Midlands (NG24).
This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled Project Manager to play a key role on a 280-unit scheme, ensuring delivery is maintained at pace while upholding the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a busy residential development project from inception through to completion
  • Oversee site operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively
  • Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and stakeholders
  • Monitor progress and ensure delivery against programme milestones
  • Resolve on-site issues and mitigate project risks

Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager within residential development
  • Experience managing large-scale or fast-paced housing sites
  • Strong understanding of construction processes and project delivery
  • Excellent organisational and leadership skills
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively
