Datacentre firm seeking experienced Project Manager to lead complex people change programme.
Your new company
Hays have partnered exclusively with a data centre co-location provider to appoint an experienced Project Manager to support on a complex people change programme. Following a period of unprecedented growth for this organisation and the acquisition of several businesses, staff are currently operating in silos without a clear vision: so, we are looking for a transformation professional to assist in establishing a singular cultural identity across the duration of this contract. If this sounds like work you've done before, then we want to hear from you!
Role: Cultural Identity Project Manager
Length: 6 months + likely extension
Rate: £700 - £750/day via Umbrella
Location: London (2 days in-office per week)
Your new role and what you'll need to succeed
As the Project Manager, you'll be stepping in to build this cultural change project from the ground up. Working closely with your Business Owner and the Global PMO, your key duties and responsibilities will include:
Lead the end‑to‑end delivery of a cultural identity transformation programme, from scoping through to implementation and embedding.
Coordinate cross‑functional stakeholders and third‑party partners to ensure alignment, engagement, and successful delivery outcome.
Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and governance, proactively tracking risks, issues, and milestones.
Drive adoption by embedding cultural principles into operational processes, communications, and ways of working, supported by centralised documentation (e.g. SharePoint).
- You will bring exceptional stakeholder engagement skills and a high level of emotional intelligence (including a demonstrated ability to challenge senior stakeholders whilst also meeting people where they're at).
- This role will have a global remit, and while global experience isn't essential, it's important that you've operated within a similarly complex organisational context (and are able to demonstrate how you've stepped into an organisation and helped them figure out what's best for them).
