A leading global financial services organisation delivering a major Operational Resilience and Regulatory Change programme, focused on UK CTP readiness and alignment with evolving regulations such as DORA.
Your new role
Project Manager is responsible for driving regulatory readiness, coordinating SMEs, managing timelines, risks, and dependencies, and delivering clear reporting to senior stakeholders. You will play a key role in bridging programme delivery into BAU.
What you'll need to succeed
- Exposure to operational resilience (e.g. DORA, UK CTP)
- Strong Project Manager background in financial services
- Experience delivering regulatory/change programmes
- Excellent stakeholder management and governance skills
- Ability to work in ambiguity
