Job Overview:
Seeking a Business Analyst to support IAM projects by gathering and documenting business requirements, analysing current and future processes, and ensuring proposed solutions align with business objectives while acting as the link between stakeholders and technical teams. Please find the details below:
- Location: Birmingham B4 6GA
- Contract: 24 weeks
- Pay Rates:
- Umbrella Rate: £494/day
- PAYE Basic Rate: £384.50/day
- Work Mode: 1–2 days flex.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyse, and document business requirements for IAM‑led projects.
- Understand business objectives and ensure requirements align with strategic goals.
- Produce clear process documentation, including current‑state and future‑state workflows.
- Conduct data gathering and analysis to support remediation and decision‑making.
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to clarify needs and drive solution understanding.
- Engage stakeholders to secure input, alignment, and commitment to change.
- Assess the impact of business, operational, and technical changes and communicate effectively.
- Support solution identification, risk assessment, and benefits evaluation.
- Manage requirements throughout the project lifecycle with full traceability and scope control.
- Act as the liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams for requirements clarification.
- Support business process improvements and advise on updates to existing processes.
- Assist in preparing and validating User Acceptance Testing to ensure coverage against requirements.
- Provide regular updates and maintain high‑quality analysis documentation.
