Project Manager (Conservation) - Leading NI Contractor

Your new role

As Project Manager, you will take ownership of conservation-focused construction projects from inception to completion. You’ll lead multidisciplinary teams, manage client relationships, and ensure delivery aligns with heritage standards, budget, and timelines. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing site operations and subcontractor coordination
  • Ensuring compliance with conservation best practices and statutory requirements
  • Managing project budgets, schedules, and reporting
  • Liaising with architects, conservation officers, and stakeholders
  • Driving quality assurance and health & safety standards


What you'll need to succeed
