Project Engineer / Manager
Who will support and deliver tasks and projects on the Sellafield site, managing execution in line with CDM, SLSPs, and client requirements.

Role Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead task/project execution on the Sellafield site, liaising with clients, stakeholders, subcontractors, and other trades to ensure delivery in line with scope, budget, and time allowances
• Develop project scope with clients, manage resources efficiently, and maintain strong stakeholder relationships throughout the project lifecycle• Monitor and manage project progress, risks, change control, and financial performance in collaboration with the commercial team
• Ensure compliance with health and safety requirements, including CDM regulations, PPE usage, and nuclear site procedures
• Record, manage, and resolve project issues, develop programmes and schedules, and provide regular reporting on project performance

Required Qualifications:
Applicants must meet the below defined requirements for the role.

• Proven experience managing the full lifecycle of tasks/projects, including delivery across multiple workstreams
• Strong knowledge and understanding of CDM regulations, risk management, and health & safety practices
• Excellent organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Commercial awareness with the ability to manage budgets, drive value for money, and ensure financial viability
• Reliable, punctual, and able to represent our client with professionalism, integrity, and honesty at all times
