Your new company

You will be working as a Project Finance Assistant at a major Liverpool company.

Your new role

• Provide support to the Project Revenue Accountant and Financial Controller in management reporting and budgeting
• Generate project sales invoices as directed
• Coordinate with the Logistics department to prepare and process invoices for overseas projects
• Assist in establishing and executing the month-end Work in Progress (WIP) process
• Support internal and external audits
• Aid the Project Revenue Accountant in preparing annual budgets and quarterly forecasts for UK project revenue recognition
• Liaise with international teams to calculate commissions related to overseas project sales
• Perform various ad hoc tasks to support the department
• Carry out administrative responsibilities as needed

What you'll need to succeed

• AAT desirable

• Experience in a finance assistant role
