PMO Coordinator - Creative Consultancy - Hybrid Role

Your new company

You’ll be joining a specialist marketing agency and creative consultancy working at the intersection of design, branding, and real estate. Based in the heart of Covent Garden, the agency partners with leading developers and property brands to deliver high-impact creative solutions. With a collaborative culture, modern studio space, and a vibrant building community, they offer an inspiring environment for someone looking to grow within a dynamic, design‑led setting.

Your new role

As the PMO Coordinator, you will play a vital role in maintaining project management standards across the agency. This is not a project manager or delivery role – instead, you’ll support the operational backbone that enables smooth project delivery, accurate financial tracking, and efficient resource coordination. You will oversee project timelines, budgets, invoicing, reconciliation, and forecasting adjustments. You’ll coordinate daily workflow meetings, manage freelancer requirements, support system usage (including Scoro), and champion best practices across the agency. The role also involves ensuring timesheet compliance, improving processes, and providing light IT setup support to maintain a seamless studio environment.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Minimum 2+ years’ experience in an agency, design, or marketing environment.
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills, with confidence using Excel.
  • Tech‑savvy approach; experience with Scoro, Slack, or Dropbox is desirable.
  • Excellent organisation and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
  • Ability to coordinate project delivery processes including timelines, budgets, invoicing, and financial reporting.
  • Strong communication skills and confidence supporting both creative and operational stakeholders.

What you'll get in return

  • Hybrid working model (3 days per week in the studio; flexible days)
  • Private Health Insurance (post‑probation)
  • Pension plan
  • 25 days' annual leave + bank holidays, with studio closure between Christmas and New Year
  • Employee Perks platform access
  • Monthly team lunches and after‑work socials
  • Regular events, wellness sessions, and food pop‑ups in the building
  • Free use of communal coworking spaces
  • Weekly Thursday office drinks
  • Showers and bike storage
  • Access to a full wellness programme, including:
    • Free gym with 200+ weekly classes
    • Yoga, HIIT, meditation & more
    • Saunas, PT sessions & wellness discounts
