Project Manager / Engineer | South & South East | Up to £60,000 DOE | Hybrid Working | 4-Day Week | Commercial

Your Role

A leading building services consultancy is seeking a Project Manager/Engineer (Mechanical or Electrical) to deliver fast-paced commercial projects across the South and South East. This role involves managing fit-outs, refurbishments, and new builds, with a strong focus on site coordination and client interaction.
You’ll act as the key point of contact, resolving day-to-day queries and ensuring smooth project delivery. Ideal for someone commercially experienced, confident on-site, and capable of working independently.

What you'll need to succeed

  • 3+ years UK experience in building services (Mech or Elec)
  • Proven track record in commercial fit-out or refurbishment projects
  • Strong communication and client-facing skills
  • Ability to manage site activity and drive delivery
