Project Co-Ordinator

Responsibilities:

  • You will be responsible for Coordinating Project Schedules
    • Including project-based schedules for several facilities
  • You will be responsible for coordinating general daily enquires from customers.
    • Including working directly with customers to secure project windows and coordinate the project through to completion
    • Including maintaining and developing key relationships with new and existing customers
    • Having full knowledge of tariff rates for individual customers
    • Attending customer meetings and holding conference calls as required
    • Ensuring customer expectations are managed and exceeded.
  • You will be responsible for processing Timesheets and Sales Invoices
    • Including maintaining accurate financial records
  • You will be part of the Project team, supporting all departments and maintaining company services commercially
  • Responsible for coordinating and maintaining company management systems.
Deliver a Professional High Level of Output.
Personal Specification:
  • Background in Coordinating Project Schedules
  • Background liaising with Clients
  • Proactive with the ability to time-manage, coordinate and problem solve
  • Excellent IT skills & Excel ability.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills with the ability to efficiently coordinate and work on multiple tasks simultaneously in a highly deadline-driven environment
  • Ability to work in a team as a key member but also have the ability to work independently and complete assigned tasks with a high level of independence and ownership
