Project Administrator - Temp

Your new company
Join a growing Utility Solutions Practice delivering utility-based services to a range of clients. Based at The Hub, Aztec West, Bristol, the team supports flexible and hybrid working.

Your new role
  • Provide administrative and project support
  • Manage shared mailbox and respond to queries
  • Liaise with asset owners and suppliers
  • Process payments (BACS, credit card, invoices)
  • Prepare and update performance reports
  • Monitor client financial status
  • Assist with audits and quality checks
  • Set up new customers in financial systems
  • Support other teams with ad hoc tasks
What you'll need to succeed
  • Strong attention to detail and numeracy
  • Confident with MS Office
  • Clear communicator and problem-solver
  • Organised and adaptable
  • Trustworthy with financial data
  • Previous admin/project support experience (desirable)
What you'll get in return

  • 37.5 hours per week, hybrid working considered
