Project Architect Nottingham

Overview:

You will be joining a RIBA-Chartered practice as a Project Architect to lead the design and delivery of architectural projects from concept to completion. You will be working within the residential and commercial sectors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct feasibility studies and site analysis.
  • Develop BIM models and physical design models.
  • Liaise with consultants and local authorities for planning.
  • Produce design drawings and technical specifications.
  • Manage internal resources and junior team members.
  • Attend client meetings and industry events to promote the practice.
Skills & Experience:
  • Proficiency in Revit, Adobe InDesign, Microsoft Office, Teams, and Loop.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of UK building regulations and planning policy.
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Architecture (RIBA Part 1 & 2).
  • RIBA Part 3 or equivalent professional registration preferred.
