About the job:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented project administrator to join our client’s Operations team on a temporary basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills and a good working knowledge of Excel to contribute to a collaborative and supportive team environment.

The opportunity
The role is also well-suited to recent graduates with a qualification in Business Administration who have gained some relevant work experience and are looking to further develop their skills in a professional setting.

Key responsibilities
  • Providing ongoing support to the wider team, sharing knowledge and assisting where possible.
  • Supporting the Sales Team in servicing the Retailer & Partner network by ensuring that excellent levels of service are provided to responses via phone, teams, or email.
  • Maintaining accurate data to reflect any changes or confirmations from customers or retailers.
  • Undertaking special exercises and project work to provide reports, analyses and recommendations to support business initiatives.
  • Actively managing, collating and distributing all correspondence in a timely manner to include presentations and other documentation with the agreement of the Managers.
  • Attending meetings where required and assisting with minute taking.
  • Flagging any potential issues to the teams and proposing suitable solutions.
  • Processing documentation as required to meet business needs and updating records accurately.

  • Proven experience in an administrative or project support role
  • Intermediate Excel skills (e.g., formulas, filters, pivot tables)
  • Strong organisational and time management abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to adapt quickly and manage multiple tasks efficiently

Compensation
We offer a competitive hourly wage plus an annual performance-related bonus. You will receive a generous annual leave up to 35 days which is inclusive of bank holidays. There’s free on-site parking available and you’ll have access to a subsidised restaurant. We offer hybrid working where employees split their time between working remotely (often from home) and working in the office
