My client is an instantly recognisable brand, who urgently require a Programme PMO Lead with proven experience of playing a key leadership role on large, complex Programmes, with expert organisational skills, a proactive and positive approach as well as ability to comfortably multi-task to join a Business-critical Programme as it enters an exciting Delivery phase.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Programme PMO Lead within a large, complex organisation
  • Demonstrable experience of delivering on major, large scale and complex Programmes
  • Ability to provide strong leadership to the PMO function, as well as crucial support for the Programme Directors and Leadership team(s)
  • Proven ability to improve, automate and accelerate Programmes
  • A proactive, positive and collaborative approach to work
  • Excellent knowledge and understanding of Financial Planning (Invoices v budget, Forecasting and associated tools (weekly and monthly basis), resource tracking, Capex, Opex, Totex etc)
  • Experience of presenting to senior stakeholders (up to exec level)
  • Ability to produce RAID logs (if required)
  • Excellent ability to Multi-task and manage complex queries
  • Ability to ask the right questions to understand priorities fully
  • Strong knowledge of programme/project management frameworks (P3O, MSP, PMO best practices etc)
  • Familiarity with MS Powerpoint, MS Excel, Microsoft Forms, Teams and use of copilot and ability to create on brand templates
  • Clear and concise communication style, with the ability to influence and also challenge
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Flexible approach towards hybrid working

Nice to have:

  • Immediate availability
  • Previous Healthcare industry experience
  • Working knowledge of tools such as Atlassian, Planview, Microsoft Power Platform.
