Your new role and what you'll need to succeed

You'll be an experienced Programme Management or Senior Project professional, with a background in wealth and investment management organisations. You will possess demonstrated success and experience in delivering new product propositions for clients, preferably within wealth, but investment and asset products will also be well-regarded. You'll be a delivery-focused Programme Manager, who is comfortable operating in the grey and slotting yourself into whatever gaps necessary to get the job done. Your stakeholder engagement and influencing skills will be second-to-none, and experience specifically with retirement products will be highly-regarded.
