Overview / Purpose
Working with a prestigious membership body on a programme that empowers entrepreneurial engineers from around the world. To transform bold, IP-rich innovations into sustainable businesses.
Seeking a Programme Manager to oversee the delivery and development of a global programme. Reporting to the Senior Programme Manager, you will manage stakeholder relationships and ensure a smooth programme. Operations, and support the recruitment and onboarding of the next cohort of International entrepreneurs. This role is ideal for someone with a can-do attitude, strong organisational skills, and a passion for global innovation.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver the Global Programme to a high standard, on time and within budget
- Build and maintain relationships with in-country partners, reviewers, fellows, and internal teams
- Collaborate closely with the Enterprise Hub and Regional Engagement teams
- Maximise the global network for the benefit of programme participants
- Support the smooth running of application and selection processes
- Contribute to continuous improvement and best practice in programme delivery
- May involve international travel
Skills & Experience Required
Essentials
- Experience in programme management or similar operational roles
- Comfortable managing high-volume, high-value tasks independently
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Office tools
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, results-oriented team
- Adaptable and proactive with a focus on delivery
Desirable
- Familiarity with international development of entrepreneurship programmes
- Understanding of innovation ecosystems in lower-middle-income countries
- Experience with grant management systems (training provided)
- Background in engineering, technology, or international engagement
